One Public Estate • Successful bids in phase 5 & 6 equalling £510,000 funding offer • Phase 7 bid submitted – totalling over £1,000,000 • 5 major redevelopments in different towns across East Sussex • Small bid of £60,000 for expertise to look at the housing development situation that could include: • Creating a holistic view of housing development across the county • Identification of opportunities to coordinate activity • Identification of opportunities to jointly procure services / create frameworks • Identification of opportunities to bring forward stalled sites • Identification of opportunities to share skill sets • What if the bid is unsuccessful???
