2. Research the topic thoroughly Research topics that can go against your claim it helps to reduces BIAS. 3. Develop A Working Thesis Should state your argument on the issue and summarize your arguments main reasons. Should be part of your introduction paragragh i.e. Painkillers made in other countries are ok as long as scientist prove all safety protocols have been followed and well tested.
4. List The Strongest Arguments Look for statistics (numbers) Facts/completed experiments Speeches Movies/documentaries
5. Paragraphs Each point of your argument should be introduced in a new paragraph. No less than 3 arguments to support or refute your point.
6. Conclusion Opinion is valid. Explain why individuals would agree or disagree with your topic.
