NRG2 – What’s New? • Control group • Mixed and single gender groups • West Sussex • Physical tests – Upper body strength • Psychological tests – Needs fulfilment
NRG2 Findings • Girls increased flexibility and aerobic capacity • Competence and relatedness higher in girls doing dance • Gender issues still need to be addressed
