Code of Conduct • To act in a Professional manner at all times • To uphold the Reputation and Standing of the HEA and not bring it in to disrepute • To use all reasonable endeavours to avoid attracting adverse publicity for the HEA • Not to speak on behalf of the HEA without prior approval • To follow the Equal Opportunities Policy of the HEA when undertaking HEA funded activities

Code of Conduct • To understand the Vision and Mission of the HEA and our Priorities for the current academic year and to reflect these in the work you undertake with us • To have knowledge of wider HEA activities in order to promote these to partners and stakeholders • To use HEA branding for all materials produced • To consider applying for Professional Recognition
