6th-8th Amendments • 6th Amendment - right to a speedy, public, and fair trial by a jury • 7th Amendment – permits jury trial over money and property • 8th Amendment – prohibits cruel and unusual punishment
9th-10th Amendments • 9th Amendment – Not all rights are included in the Constitution • 10th Amendment – powers not given to the national government, are given to the states
