  2. Process1: • A worker takes out the whole • 850 pounds of tobacco from the truck into conveyor.

  3. Process2: The tobacco follows up the conveyor and the conveyor drops off the tobacco in the shaker.

  4. Process3: The tobacco passes by the system of rakes, and then goes to a part of the machine and holds the tobacco until it needs to be released.

  5. Process4: A swing transfer, takes the tobacco, deposits it and packs it in the end of the rolling table.

  6. Process 5: After the cigars come from the rolling table, workers examine the cigars for potential defects.

  7. Process6: A worker will then take the cigars out of the tray and put them in a machine that cuts each cigar in half. Finally, the cigars will be packed and ready to sell.
