Dissemination of guidance materials and introduction the HPC • HPC guidance materials disseminated to the ICWG and HCT. • The Humanitarian Needs Overview (HNO), Strategic Response Plan (SRP) and Monitoring Framework discussed in the HCT and ICWG. • Agreement and approval of single year SRP and Planning Timeline for 2015.
Compilation and dissemination of the Humanitarian Needs Overview (HNO) • HNO kick off Workshop held with the following outputs: • An Analysis Plan developed • Scenarios on evolutions of needs agreed • Analysis Team composed • Data and information gathering plan developed • An HNO compiled and disseminated.
Strategic Response Plan (SRP) Development • Agree on Strategic Objectives (SOs) • Agree on Criteria to prioritize needs • Draft Inter-Sector Strategic Objectives Framework • Draft an Outline of Monitoring Framework • Draft and disseminate SRP document (without cluster response plans)
Cluster response plans and Monitoring Framework Develop the overall Monitoring and Reporting Plan based on the outline developed in the SRP workshop, SRP SOs, Inter Sector Strategic Objectives Frameworkand recent IASC Guidance on Monitoring: • Monitoring Framework • Data Collection Plan; • Frequency Reporting • Roles and responsibilities Reviews the cluster response plans for coherence with the SRP SOs and the Inter Sector Strategic Objectives Framework.
Cluster response plans and Monitoring Framework ICWG discusses and shares all templates, guidance and Inter Sector Strategic Objectives Framework with their cluster partners formulating project proposal based on Cluster Response Plans and the draft SRP document project proposal are registered in the OPS.
Cluster Project development • OCHA conducts a one day partners technical training sessions on how to use the OPS and develop project proposals using standard project proposal templates from OCHA. • review the HNO, the draft SRP document and agreed standard indictors and develop projects using templates provided by OCHA • Cluster Peer Review Teams review projects
Finalization and launching of the South Sudan 2015 HNO and SRP document Finalizes the South Sudan 2015 HNO and SRP and financial requirements Final South Sudan SRP 2015 submitted to HQ and goes online Launch of South Sudan SRP 2015
Deadlines • HNO Final = Done • Strategic Response Plan (SRP) Workshop = Done • SRP Draft (no cluster plans) = 14 October • Cluster Response Plan (draft) = 27 October • SRP Finalized = 14 November • Launch of South Sudan SRP 2015=TBC
