Settlement Observations- Price and Cost to Serve Load June • Cost to Serve Load Sept 2011- • Back to normal levels from August ($6.51/ MWh in Aug) • Still $0.60 increase over 2010 levels • Non-Spin and Responsive continue to be the primary drivers • RTSPP Analysis Sept 2011- • Milder weather led to prices averaging at “normal” levels • Count of high price intervals (North Zone) • Greater than $500- 4 • Greater than $1,000- 2 • Greater than $100- 33 • Less than $18- 252
Settlement Observations- Other Observations • Base Point Deviation credits back to market estimated at $0.6 M, $0.02 /Mwh benefit to load • Revenue Neutrality Adjustment $0.40 /Mwh charge to load, was trending as credit • On-peak $0.72 /MWh • RUC continues to be assigned to entities short to the market • RUC Uplift is negligible • Total RUC Cost for Aug estimated to be $158 K • Congestion Balancing Account clearing for August $8.7 M and September $2.7 M • Congestion rents are over-collected
