How we can develop FDCA Sea Eagles Cricketers Cricket Victoria Pathway Club FDCA Cricket Victoria Region Breakers • Players are nominated by his club or invited by the FDCA to attend trials. • Invitation by the Cricket Victoria • Region 15 South East Metro Player Participation • Paid up member at an FDCA • Affiliated junior cricket club • Working with Children clearance, • Complete the Online Cricket Vic coaching accreditation • Volunteer parent or senior club member. • Are volunteers who have at • least completed The Community • Coach Accreditation (The old • level 1). Coaches • Trials and Selection process, • Good knowledge of the rules and • Embrace the Spirit of Cricket • Compete in the VMCU Carnival • Weekly training sessions that include improving skills, fitness and team building Coaching Fitness and health • Avoid and reduce injuries, makes sure the players are able to compete to the best of their capability across all levels. • Make sure the boys are integrated into the cricket clubs and that they have commitment and support for their academic ,social and cultural growth. • Everyone is included and valued as a player or volunteer for their contribution. • Encourage the boys to take on leadership responsibilities and actively demonstrate the qualities Balance Community Leadership
