Followership • Reaching a specific goal while exercising respect for authority, a positive attitude, integrity and self-discipline.
Followership • Respect for Authority • You have to obey CAP regulations and the legitimate orders given to you by those appointed to positions of authority above you. • Attitude • Understanding • Attitudes are contagious!
Followership • Integrity • Doing what’s right when nobody is around • “a moral compass” • Honor • Fine sense of ethics, justice, and truth • Trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, and selflessness
