Resource Issues • TMA: Quality resources for faster growth? • Currently hiring hundreds of engineers a year • Only top 5-10% of applicants meet our requirements • Reason: lack of practical skills • Language • Soft Skills • Technical Skills • Software outsourcing industry • Growth rate more than 50%/year  Need at least five thousands ICT engineers/year • However, many ICT graduates unemployed or working in non-ICT because their skills not matching needs  Require more quality ICT resources to sustain the growth rate and make Vietnam more attractive for software outsourcing
