Conclusion The understanding gathered in the growth behavior in a-plane InGaN and related structures will be useful for the improvement and realization of efﬁcient device applications with a-plane surfaces, such as the growth of InGaN layers on trench- or groove-patterned GaN for application to mono- lithic white LEDs with dual or multiwavelength.
