  5. COURSE OVERVIEW • Class Schedule Review • Pilot Decision Making • Evaluation Techniques • Crew Resource Management • CAP Accidents • Maintenance Overview • FAA Special Emphasis • CAPR 60-1, 60-3, 60-4 & Form 5/91 Procedures

  6. COURSE OVERVIEW • Course Objectives • Train check pilots and mission check pilots to perform Form5/91 Check Rides • Workshop • Team A & Team B • Be in proper uniform

  7. COURSE OVERVIEW • Presentation to Main Group • Must be present throughout out classroom training • Separate into two groups • One group flight operations • One group class instruction

  8. COURSE OVERVIEW • Classroom Presentation • Test basic instructor skills • Knowledge base of Private Pilot Standards (Check Pilot) • Knowledge of basic Mission Aircrew Skills (Mission Check Pilot)

  9. COURSE OVERVIEW • Flight Evaluation • Test flight ability in aircraft. Must fly to commercial standards (Check Pilot) • Test mission pilot procedures (Mission Check Pilot) • Ability to conduct evaluation to PTS or National Aircrew Curriculum Standards • IP in rear seat to evaluate both candidates

  10. COURSE OVERVIEW • Pre Course Book • Turn in a copy of form 5/ form 91 check ride paperwork to include written test, and aircraft questionnaire. Pilot data summary to be completed by FLWG check pilots

COURSE OVERVIEW • Mission Paperwork • Ensure you sign in (Vehicles & Aircraft) • All flight inbound, outbound, or training sorties must file out CAPF 104 and have assigned sortie number • GAWG, ALWG, TNWG file paperwork with home Wing • Aircraft will be topped off after each sortie. This is the responsibility of the applicants not the IP. • Mission number T03-SEFL • Final FLWG CAPF 108s must be sent within 10 days to • HQ, FLWG CAP, 2700 Eagle Staff Court, MacDill AFB, FL 33621
