  2. Growing Up • Martin was born on Jannuary 15,1929 in AtlanataGorgga. • Some kids were not allowed too play with him because he was black. • Marten skipped two grades.

  3. Segregation • Black and white kids could not go too the same school. • Black and white people could not sit on the same part of the bus. • Rosa Parks went too jale because she did not give up her seet on the bus.

  4. Bus Boycott • Marten organized the bus boycott. • Thousends of black people boycotted the bus for over a year. • The Supreme cort ruled that segraton on buses was againest the law.

  5. Assasination • April 4,1968 Marten died. • He got shot in his hotel. • He got shot by James Earl Ray. • That is Marten’s life.

  6. Why do we celebrate Marten? • MLK ended segregation . • I could not play with my friends.
