  10. Closing We ran out of time to discuss every section in depth. The group felt there would be enough information to take back and apply to our unique environments. It was also mentioned that is would be beneficial to have these skill levels become standards in the SA industry. A follow up session will be held in August to see the outcomes. Some of the companies that tried this method out will present and tell us their successes, failures and lessons learnt. Join us for that session.
