Increasing monitoring and support at all levels for effective delivery of the curriculum FEEDBACK between the different stakeholders is key to ensure effective curriculum delivery takes place. Subject facilitators report to DCES/CES on needs identified. Plan accordingly Deputy Principal responsible for curriculum reports to Principal Principal reports to IDSO; SGB on curriculum delivery and support needed Verifies data received through reports and assists where necessary. Teacher needs to account to HoD HOD is accountable to DP and Principal. HoD must ensure that every teacher executes his/her duties in a professional manner. Identifies deficiencies in teacher- develops teacher and monitors progress on assessment and curriculum coverage. Teachers accountability is also towards his/her learners. He/she is morally obliged to ensure that as the teacher he/she is prepared for every lesson and is in class for every lesson. Deputy Principal responsible for curriculum must ensure that there is effective curriculum delivery throughout the year. Principal as Instructional leader at school must ensure that a conducive environment is created for quality teaching and learning to take place. Provide quality on site support or through workshops depending on need identified Head Office monitoring/ oversight role
