  3. What is a Missional Community? • Christians Gathering Together in Common Places • Aspects include • Socializing • Eating/ Drinking • Prayer • Scripture Reading • Teaching • Accountability • Missional Component

  4. Where did this concept come from? • Old Testament (Exodus 18) • New Testament (Mark 3; Acts 2, 4) • Luther’s Preface to the German Mass (1526) • Cell/ Celebration Model • Small Groups • Missional Communities
