P-16 is a way of taking existing systems and considering how to rethink them to accomplish specific goals. Dr. Adrienne O’Neill – President, Stark Education Partnership • P-16 is not competition among existing systems—rather it is a way to make transitions seamless for students. 3 of 21

In Stark, “everyone” includes: Stark County Educational Service Center, 17 school superintendents represented by 4 superintendents and the ESC, 5 public and private colleges represented by the college presidents, local foundation directors, and representatives from the business community, economic development agencies & the social service agencies.
