Can You? Mr. Brown can do almost anything. Mr. Brown makes many different noises in this book. It is so entertaining to read this book to children and make the different sounds in the book. The story definitely can capture the attention of a child and it holds their attention until the very end. It also has easier words that can allow children to begin reading it at an early age. The illustrations are very clever. They appear to be done in watercolors and are very vibrant and cheerful.

  2. Tuesday Frogs go flying through the night. This book will truly get the imagination flowing and flying. The illustrations are detailed watercolor painted frogs on lily pads flying around in the night. I hardly noticed that there were only a few words in this book because the illustrations tell the story for you. I love this book because it will allow children to create a story of their own to accompany the wonderful pictures.   3. One Tiny Turtle Sea turtles travel thousands of miles each year. This book gives so much information about the life of a Loggerhead Turtle. The pages explain their life on the beach, how they breath, and even about their nursery in the sea. The illustrations are spectacular and very vibrant in color. They appear to be done in watercolors.   4. Officer Buckle and his police dog Gloria visit the schools of Napville to teach the children safety tips. This book demonstrates how it sometimes takes two people working together to reach their goal. Officer Buckle tries so hard to teach the children of Napville about safety. The children never really notice Officer Buckle until he brings his police dog Gloria along. I feel this story teaches children to never give up and always have someone important in your life. I love Gloria and her outgoing moves she always makes behind Officer Buckle. The vibrant colors of the illustration catch your eyes with each turn of the page. I will definitely read this story to my classroom and hope they enjoy it as much as I did.
