  4. Items in First Phase • Creation of Reference Data • Materials, Sources, and Facilities • Sample Types, Test Methods • Basis of Acceptance • Certified Shipments and Pre-tested Stock Material • Shipment Tracking • Available Quantity for Pre-Tested Stock Material • Materials Preview Site

  5. Next Phase • Begin December/January • Additional Functionality for Reference Data • Material Relationships • Pay Items, Test Methods, Basis of Acceptance • Notification Process • Introduce Unit Code Table • Maintain Gradations for Materials • Other AASHTO NGT Web Standards
