Accessing EIS • This application is a form based authentication system and any user with a valid user id given from EIS team can use this application. • URL is http://eis.agilitylogistics.com • The menus will be based upon the access rights given for the each user. • If any user wants to extend the access rights need to raise a ticket in the support system in EIS. • New users can request access to Agility Help Desk and also from the EIS application home page
Overview of Business Rules and Data Management • Data Extraction and Monitoring • Support of existing reports (extract data, give it for testing, confirmation of the data, upload of data to EIS application • Enhancements to present reports for visual change, scope change, etc • Development of new reports
Sample reports in EIS • DMS reports to measure the implementation across regions, countries, branches, departments, source of scanned document and effectiveness of initiatives like TOP integration.
Accessing Support form in EIS New support request can be raised by clicking on the new option in the list page
New Report Process • EIS Support form is to be used to raise a new report request and for the team to understand the requirement and also to provide inputs whether it can be an enhancement of an existing report or a new report • To create a new report request, The “Type” dropdown should be selected as “New report”. and the region and company details should be provided. • Module dropdown list contains the list of modules available in EIS. So please choose a module for which the report is to be created. • In the comment section, the details of the new report should be provided. • After completing the above mentioned process “save” button should be clicked. • The request will be taken up by the support team and will change status to “in progress”. If approval is needed for the report development, IP process is created and the support request is closed.
