VP ADMINISTRATION • CLUBS • Summer • President, VP Internal and VP Administration • Review final reports (final reports due end of April) • Create and select club applications (renewals and new) • Set up list for Bookings and Timetabling, swipe card access, and storage room • Set-up HOMER MSA Club Space (MSA Communications Officer)

  7. VP ADMINISTRATION • MSPR/ DEAN’S LETTER • Confirm and verify new activities or positions that are added to the MSPR profile • MSA (or any person) cannot promise students MSPR as they are decided on a case-to-case basis by Tracey Ong (tracey.ong@ualberta.ca), MSPR Administrator

  8. VP ADMINISTRATION • MSA CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW COMMITTEE • Chairing committee to update MSA constitution annually • Planning – goals/ topics and groups • Committee consists of any MSA students • Meeting every 3 weeks

  12. VP FINANCE • MAY - SEPTEMBER: • Learn reporting system of MSA accounts • Learn how to reimbursements work • Perform reimbursements depending on budget • Transfer Bank signing authority • Budget for 2012-2013 • Coordinate faculty funding for 2012-2013 • Set MSA fee

VP FINANCE • SEPTEMBER - MARCH: • Collect and deposit student dues • Coordinate FUME funds/committee • Reimbursements for clubs/activities • Help clubs apply for outside funding • Sponsorship letters for clubs and events • Administer MSA Faculty-Joint Fund • Administer MSA Legacy Fund • Maintain bank balance

  14. VP FINANCE • MARCH - MAY: • End of year report • Train successor • Ensure accounts are balanced by end of term • Collect, deposit, and administer payments for class-wide fundraisers
