  2. District Plan • Electors chosen in each state • Two electors will be chosen that will cast their electors vote. • Arguments –Loser of popular vote could still have a chance of winning electoral vote.

  3. Proportional Plan • Each president candidate will receive the same share of states’ electoral vote and will get rid of the winner-take-all problem. • Argument-Will not produce the same results nationally

  4. Direct Popular Election • Get rid of the electoral college system entirely and let the people vote directly for the President. • Winner will always be the majority or plurality choice. • Argument- smaller states are over represented by electoral college

  5. National Bonus Plan • Keep the same elector will be based al college system but will be based upon the popular vote
