Increase Revenue • Review of annual membership fees • First increase in membership fees since CASPR was established
The Result 2009 = $10,575 2010 = $9,975 2011 = $11,325 2012 = $15,775 Increased membership fees:

The Result Thanks to our generous sponsors, we have received $25,500revenue towards the conference
Increase MembershipAwards - Engagement - Value • First Annual CASPR Awards conferred 2011 • New Executive role: Membership Chair • Undertook comprehensive survey of our members and shared the results • Made improvements to Newsletter, Website, and added Social Media • Developed and delivered the first ever CASPR 101 training
