  3. What does EXCO do? • Training • Organizing training (contacting coaches, booking rooms, tracking, attendance, etc.) • Internal club events • Camp • Internal competition • External club events • RDA U-14s

Expectations for EXCO • Inspire a passion towards and commitment to debating • Conceptualize and implement a way forward to revitalize the Raffles Debate Academy • Programmes beyond RDA U-14s and workshops • Empathize with the needs of both experienced and less experienced debaters, and create inclusivity • Strengthen ties between Y5-6 debates and Y1-4 debaters in RI & RGS
