  2. Role of EXCO As leaders anointed by God and elected by the members of VCF, the EXCO has to be involved in: • Spiritual Leadership of the ministry • Overall Planning & Coordination • Official Representation

EXCO Positions • Chairperson • Honorary Secretary • Honorary Treasurer • Vice-chairperson (Faculties) • Vice-chairperson (Halls) • Contact Group Coordinator (Faculties) • Contact Group Coordinator (Halls) • Outreach Coordinator (Missions and International Students) • Outreach Coordinator (Evangelism and Social Action) • Teaching and Programmes Coordinator

  5. What will being in the EXCO mean for me? • Is it a natural progression? • Endorsement from people? • What does it mean to nominate or second someone?

  6. Nominations, anyone? “I FULL NAME, FAC/YEAR nominate ___________  for the position of __________.” “I FULL NAME, FAC/YEAR second the nomination.” • All nominees and nominators MUST BE official members of VCF. The nominee must then reply whether he/she will accept or decline the nomination.

  7. Nomination Slip • Just in case you were too shy to nominate someone during FT, we do allow you to nominate through email using the following format: Email Subject: Exco Nomination “I FULL NAME, FAC/YEAR nominate ___________  for the position of __________.” “I FULL NAME, FAC/YEAR second the nomination.” • The nominator must also CC the member who seconded the nomination, as well as the nominee. The nominee must then reply whether he/she will accept or decline the nomination. • Email to: vcfsecretary1112@gmail.com We will announce the nominations at the next FT.

  8. Annual General Meeting (AGM) • Monday, 7 May 2012 • Compulsory for all members of the Fellowship • Reception of annual report, passing of accounts, election of next EXCO. * To EXCO nominees: please keep 8, 9, 10, 11 May free for EXCO Advance, or inform us ASAP if you cannot make it.
