Observation Definition • The action of process of observing something or someone carefully or in order to gain information. • Observations are very important parts of a Scientific Experiment. • The steps we took in the observations led us to are hypothesis that we said that the fish moves because it reacts to the heat and it bends. (Zebrasoma)

  3. Observations • Qualitative- observations observed of data in quality • Moves when touched • Reacts when heated • Water does nothing • Quantitative- observations observe of data in numbers: a certain amount of time. • 6 centimeters long • Mass 0.04 grams (Longfin Batfish)
