Features • ICMS - Integrated signal line Control and Monitoring System which may include the trip wire or pullwire. • Dual stop/start circuits and time controlled sequencing of other conveyors or equipment. • BK400 and signal line system certified to AS1755-2000 compliance. • Monitored Pre-Start Warning modules at each BK400 along the complete system. • Remote Isolation Request from any BK400 station along the system. • Local Isolation Status indication from any BK400. • The ICMS monitoring system is DIGITAL employing an RS485 Brambus operating at 9600 Baud.

  3. Features • Power for the ICMS signal line system is derived from the Starter, Intermediate drive and EOL Box locations through the single 6 core cable at 24VDC. • PSW system is separately powered from same above locations at 48VDC. • ICMS Multinodes have multiple Trip inputs, inbuilt Data repeater function with switch selection. • Sequence A, B, C, D nodes provide interlocking between remote Brambus system locations. • Isolated RS485 Modbus ASCII port for PLC monitoring of system. • Safety Catagory Cat 4 System Integrity Level 5 (equiv SIL 3) for ICMS with SLC2.

  7. The ICMS Conveyor Control & Monitoring System is a powerful and flexible solution for long conveyor applications. All faults and warnings on the system are displayed on the local screen and available via the serial port.
