Requires minimal investment vs outstanding publicity value • Who’s involved: • Client Experience Team initiated > IT, compliance, and marketing • Lessons learned: • Email Authentication Requirement – Migrating banks needs to have a complete list of all entities that sends email on their behalf, so they can create their SPF & DKIM records correctly. • Communication: • Non-issue for customers; begin communicating 1-2 months in advance
