  2. Plan • Convert Two More Stations (1&2) • Stations 5 & 6 Done • Purchase Material for Remaining Stations • Take Advantage of Bulk Pricing • Special Order Parts • Prepare • Cables & Connectors • Site • Execute

  3. Prepare Cables • Inventory existing Cables & Connectors • Lab, MI-60, Barn,Crypt • Hi-Pot • Purchase Needed Cables & Connectors

  4. Prepare Cables – Cont. • Cut Cables to ‘RAW’ length • Approx. 65 – 75 ft • Close to final Phase-Matched length • Terminate Tunnel Side • Save Time • Easier Install

  5. Prepare Site • Determine Penetrations • Leave Existing Cable Intact • Still Close to Maintain Cable Lengths • Contact Electricians • Pull New Cable • Arrange 1 Day Shutdown • Enough Time for Installation of 2 Stations

  6. Do It ! • Disconnect Existing Cables • Install New Cables • Phase Match • Gap Monitors • Drive Cables • Swamper Cables • Terminate & Connect • Verify

  7. Timeline • Prepartions Now! • Pull Cables 1st Week of September • Down Day Mid September • Complete Stations 1 & 2 Conversion by End September
