  2. 1.Support  The Eliminate Project by completing the following: • Raise $125,000 between May 1, 2014 and March 31, 2015 • Earn at least 25 Elimidallions throughout the District • Will have 75% of clubs participating in the The Eliminate Project

  3. 2. Provide service to the community by achieving the following: • Completing at least 3,000 hours for the Governor’s Project (Special Needs Awareness Programs-SNAP) • Complete at least 22,000 hours of service

  4. 3. Promote Key Club by completing the following: • Charter and/or Reactivate 15 clubs • Aid clubs with less than 20 members to increase membership to at least 20 members

  5. 4. Improve the quality of leadership by achieving the following: • All divisions elect a Lt. Governor before DCON enabling next year’s leaders to maximize leadership skills through opportunities to observe and work with their current Lt. Governor. • Contested elections held in each division • To give us better quality leaders because they give thought to, plan, and put effort into running for office and shown dedication to Key Club and their office.
