  2. Why do people work in teams? • To achieve a common goal • To share ideas • To find out what colleagues think • To solve problems • To make recommendations • To make decisions • To develop a plan or program

  3. Good team work • Think about a time when you were part of a team that worked well or when there were problems in teamwork. It may have been a work team, a sporting team, a team doing an assignment or a group of people organising a social event. • Indicate what made the team work well or what made the team not work well
