Ingredients • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast • 1/4 cup warm water • 1 cup cold water • 1 teaspoon salt • 3 cups bread flour • 6 ounces low moisture grated mozzarella cheese, • A pinch of salt • Sliced tomatoes • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil • 6 leaves fresh basil, torn
Directions • 1 Make the pizza dough and knead it on a floured surface until smooth. • 2. Once the pizza dough has been formed, lightly brush the crust with olive oil. This helps ensure a golden brown, crispy crust rather than a dry crust. For a lower-fat pizza, skip the oil altogether.
Directions • 3. Top the crust with oregano, tomatoes and fresh basil.

Directions • 5. Put the pizza in the oven preheated at 200 degrees C. Close the oven door and let the pizza bake.
