STEP #3Gather Equipment Large mixing bowl or pan 2” full hotel pan(s) (12” x 20” x 2”) Measuring cups Rubber spatula
STEP #4Gather Ingredients Ground Beef Marinara Sauce Lasagna Noodles Cottage Cheese Shredded Mozzarella
STEP #5 In a large mixing bowl or hotel pan combine the ground beef and marinara sauce. For each pan of lasagna combine 7.5 cups beef + 1 bag marinara.
STEP #7For each pan, layer the ingredients as follows: 1st Layer: 4 cups sauce (beef and marinara)
STEP #8Spray aluminum foil with pan release.Tightly cover the pan(s) with parchment paper then with aluminum foil.
STEP #9Bake the lasagna at 375 degrees Ffor 40 minutes or until the lasagna reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and uncover. Continue baking for 5 minutes, uncovered, or until the surface of the lasagna is golden brown.
Let the lasagna stand for 15 minutes at room temperature before cutting.
