  2. Supplementary Fig. S1 Phylogenetic relationships based on partial gyrBgene sequences of Serratiaspp. The distance tree was built using neighbour-joining method. The evolutionary distances were computed using the Kimura 2-parameter method. Bootstrap values (500 iterations) are expressed as percentages next to the branches. The scale bar represents a genetic distance of 0.02. The analysis involved 26 nucleotide sequences of 742 bp. Phylogenetic tree was generated using MEGA5 software and submitted to the TreeBASE database (TreeBASE accession number: Tr66105). GenBank accession numbers are shown in parentheses. S. marcescensstrain AGPim1A is highlighted in bold. Symbol = denotes alternatives strain names.
