Why are we doing this? • Context • Karlein and Peter started learning ACT in 2004, almost no Dutch-language material at that time • 2005 books on ACT for Chronic Pain (JoAnne Dahl and Lance McCracken); 2006 Ando Rokx translated the 1999 book • 2005-2007 courses/workshops and practicing • Aims/purpose/goals • How to implement ACT in rehabilitation teams? • Let’s develop a course… • Value-driven • In service of our patients and coworkers and ourselves… ACT/RFT World Congress, june 2009
