Desired Results: 24-36 Months • What results do we want to see in moving toward our vision? • We will achieve greater levels of coherence and alignment as we implement a school-wide system of interventions with fidelity. • 70% or more of third grade students achieve expected reading growth (spring to spring) as measured by MAP. (Vision on the balanced scorecard)

Annual Desired Results • Increase and enhance an enthusiasm for learning with all students. • Increase READING K-3 proficiency to 92% having met or exceeded DIBELS Oral Reading Fluency Benchmark. • Increase MATH proficiency to 75% or above on the MAP • Increase READING proficiency to 75% or above on the MAP • Increase MATH growth (spring to spring) to 61% or above on the MAP one level or more on the district’s Balanced Score Card • Increase READING growth (spring to spring) to 66% or above on the MAP one level or more on the district’s Balanced Score Card • Increase MATH proficiency to 85% or above on the MCA III • Increase READING proficiency to 90% or above on the MCA III • Increase in both SOCIO-ECONOMIC and ETHNICITY one level or more on the district’s Balanced Score Card
