Complete Process Review • Go to Texas DPA website (www.Texasdpa.com) & Update Profile, Adding Delivery Address for UASI or Law Enforcement Grants if requested • Train for Fisher site, name and password emailed • Go to Fisher Website for “2004List Building” • Build By Project Name and detail the Discipline per line item • Return to Texas DPA site to Add Non-Fisher items • Combine Lists, balance, and submit, then assign who you with to buy form per item. • TEEX allocates the Funding to the Jurisdiction to Fisher, we notify by E-mail or Phone Call when ready.

  7. WHAT ARE PROJECTS? • Jurisdictions will combine ordering needs under one project so that interoperability and collaboration of management teams are addressed.

  8. 2003/2004 Differences • 2003 • Jurisdictions were working independently to fulfill the needs of the individual Jurisdictions. • 2004 • Jurisdictions should be working collaboratively with COG’s to define Projects which are common across Jurisdictions.

  9. 2004 Fisher Website • Differences include: • New Home Page - Links • New User Name and Password • New PO Order: Should be Local Project Name • New Fields: Will ask for Project Type & Grant Type • Discipline by line item

  10. 2004 Texasdpa Website-Proposed • Differences include: • Must choose Fund to work on • Significantly Reduce Product List • Product is default to Fisher unless changed to local
