Discuss with other tutor. • Discuss with Manager . • Bring a topic at the training meeting. • If you have personal problem, go to see counselor. • What else? What if you have any problem in LLC
Use a cell phone during working hours. • A tutor does not co-operate. • A tutor does not reply toLLC email. • A tutor does not come and cannot contact to the LLC immediately. • A tutor’s attitude often changes.
A tutor do not listen what the manager is saying or not listening other tutors.
Two tutors working at 2 period. The manager is absent. Both of you started talking each other about non related at LLC. ( laugh a lot, make noise at the desk)
