Practical information (1) Delegations • Guests invited – aim is to maintain the political nature of the event • Member States • EU institutions (COM, EP, CoR, EESC) • EIB, OECD • 3rd countries: EEA-EFTA States, candidate countries • Number of delegations • MS delegations of 1+3 for each of the days • 1+2 in plenary hall (pin+ red badge) • 1 in listening room (blue badge) • Minister/head of delegation can be accompanied by partner Accreditation • https://delegations.eu2011.hu, username and password will be provided together with the invitation • Contact person to be appointed for accreditation • Accreditation is needed separately for both of the days • Photos to be uploaded to the online registration form
Practical information (2) Accommodation • cost of accommodation is covered by PRES for the head of delegation (+partner if comes), and an additional delegate; • ministers for spatial planning and territorial development: 2 nights (18-19 May) • ministers of cohesion policy: 1 night (19 May) • ministers responsible for both areas: 2 nights (18-19 May) • Those having the costs covered must make reservation in Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal(http://www.corinthia.com/en/Budapest/home/) • For delegates reservation can be made to • Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal (169€ for single, 189€ for double room) • Radisson Béke Blu Hotel (standard 80€, superior 100€) (http://www.radissonblu.com/hotel-budapest)
