Workshop plan • Outline • Discuss and identify key issues • Various models of care available • Inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory • Importance of coalface consumer feedback/input about the patient journey with each model of care • Issues paradigm shift in thinking of staff and admin/practical implementation of short stay units
