  2. Overall goals To provide input to the design work in WP1-WP5 To verify improvements of the suggested designs To investigate and evaluate recycling routes for lithium-air batteries

Workplan, 1st 6 months Task 6.1 Investigation of existing relevant Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) on lithium air batteries Description of the activities • Literature survey of relevant existing LCAs including safety factor • Informal contacts with on-going LCA studies • Goal and scope and strategy for task 1 • Do we go for all material combinations or selected ones? • How do we select? • Presentation of road map (to the 12 month workshops) at 6 month meeting

  4. Workplan Task 6.4 End-of-life management of Li-air batteries and assessment of their reuse and recycling Description of the activity • Goal and scope and strategy for the study • Identification of key questions • Preparation of examples with other chemistries for benchmark
