Contract Completion Dates • 37 OPETs : 31st October 1999 • 2 OPETs : 31st December 1999 • 14 FEMOPETs : 31st December 1999 No contract extensions will be accepted Resources not used by these dates will be lost
Final Reports What’s different about this report? • Should include results from the last 2 - 3 years • MUST be submitted within 1 month of end date • Network Indicators MUST be used • Use Part A and B forms only BUT • Progress in final reporting period must be identified separately
How to prepare the reports Part A Forms • Highlight success stories • Cross reference to Part B forms Part B Forms • Demonstrate market impact • Use NIs to quantify impact • Identify progress in last 6 months Supporting Documentation • Evidence of output/impact
What financial information is needed? Part B forms • Costs incurred in final period (by Task) Cost Statements • Partner and consolidated costs for final period ( take in consideration any adjustment to previous costs: explain) Other information • Complete spreadsheet (EC to provide)
