  3. What images or ideas do you get about a monarchy? The Saudi king is an Absolute Monarch – he has absolute powers. • Write your own definition of a monarchy! • At least 20 words. Britain’s Queen Elizabeth is a Constitutional Monarch. She has no real power to govern, which is the role of Parliament by the Constitution.
