NAF Curriculum Highlights: PBL Encourage collaboration and cooperation. Recognize students’ inherent drive to learn. Use performance-based assessments that require a range of skills and knowledge. Highlight questions that lead students to in-depth exploration of authentic and important topics.
Principles of Hospitality & Tourism: Assumptions and Prerequisites Students have some basic computer skills (ability to type, use word processing programs, do simple Internet research). Students have some basic understanding of physical geography (how to read maps, globes, etc). Students should be able to work in a team and communicate effectively about their own motivations and desires
