  15. Principles of Hospitality & Tourism: Assumptions and Prerequisites Students have some basic computer skills (ability to type, use word processing programs, do simple Internet research). Students have some basic understanding of physical geography (how to read maps, globes, etc). Students should be able to work in a team and communicate effectively about their own motivations and desires
