NSC Acquisition of the Educational Market • MGH no longer providing the educational market with first aid training • June 1, 2014 NSC began marketing to new educational institutions for new adoptions • Primary market – career schools and 2 and 4 year Colleges and Universities • Primary adoption times September – November (Spring) February – April (Fall) • Primary titles: First Aid, CPR and AED, Advanced First Aid, CPR and AED and Bloodborne Pathogens • January 1, 2015 MGH will no longer be able to sell to current educational training centers and instructors • NSC and MGH are currently in a transition process: • 228 training centers • 1,069 instructors
