Pedagogical employee is compulsory completes adapted education after entering a job , employee obtains professional competences , which allow him independently runs a pedagogical occupation • Pedagogical employee has to successfully finish adapted education at the latest two years from creation of employment • Pedagogical employee completes an adapted education in school when he works Law n.317/2009
Elaborationof adapted education programme(under the framework drawn up by the Ministry ) • Giving the name of „leadingteacher“ • Elaboration of directive about realization of adapted education at a particular school Headmaster is responsible for:
