C.B.D • C.B.D stands for Central business district. • C.B.D refers to the central district of a city. • Many countries have Central Business Districts including; • Australia • United Kingdom • United States • France • Canada • There are 24 countries with Central Business Districts.
Inner City • Inner City is closer to shops • It is where factories are being knocked down and new houses are being built. • There are no green spaces but if they were they're only little. • The houses are right next to each other and they're very small.
Outer Suburbs • Communities are usually located close to a city. • Outer Suburbs are small villages surrounding a main town or city. • Our main town is Scunthorpe and small villages surrounding us are, Brigg, Winterton, Broughton, Wrawby, Epworth and Crowle. • Detached houses have large back and front gardens.
Urban Rural Fringe • Urban Rural Fringe can be described as “ Landscape Interface” between a town and country. • Examples of Urban Rural Fringe Cranwell – Between Sleaford and Grantham Barton – Between Hull and Scunthorpe Yateley – Camberley and Reading (Surrey). Edge of the city.
Cranwell Village Cranwell is made up of a few streets of house, Royal Air Force (RAF) Collage, Post Office Church and Beautiful Countryside
