CONTACT THE CONTRACING OFFICER FOR CHANGES TO THE GRANT BY EMAIL OR REGULAR MAIL Coastal Impact Assistance Program
TWO TYPES OF CHANGES BUDGET & PROGRAMMATIC Coastal Impact Assistance Program
GRANTEES and SUB-GRANTEES Permitted to re-budget within approved direct cost budget to meet unanticipated requirements May make limited program changes to the approved project Coastal Impact Assistance Program
CHANGES TO THE BUDGET OF A GRANT Coastal Impact Assistance Program
Non-construction Grantees or sub-grantees shall obtain prior approval of MMS whenever any of the following changes are anticipated: Coastal Impact Assistance Program
Non-Construction Additional funding Cumulative transfers among direct cost categories which exceed or are expected to exceed 10% of the current total approved budget Transfer of funds allotted for training allowances Coastal Impact Assistance Program
Construction Any budget revision which would result in the need for additional funds Coastal Impact Assistance Program
Combined Construction and Non-construction Any fund or budget transfer from non-construction to construction or vice versa Coastal Impact Assistance Program
PROGRAMMATIC CHANGES REQUIRING PREVIOUS APPROVAL Coastal Impact Assistance Program
Any revision of the scope or objectives of the project (with or without a change to the budget also) Coastal Impact Assistance Program
Extend the period of Availability of Funds Coastal Impact Assistance Program
Non-Construction Contracting out Sub-granting Obtaining services of a 3rd party to perform activities central to the grant Coastal Impact Assistance Program
