Many people assume that it is impossible to reduce weight in 2 weeks, while it is not the truth. Weight can be reduced in 7 days but it needs a lot of dedication and a little bit of hard work.
Day-1 Beginning from the first day, try to consume only the fruits, excluding grapes, bananas, lichi and mangoes.
Day-2 Go with the vegetables only, nothing else. It gives the body enough energy and carbohydrates for the day.
Day-3 Eat any quantity and any amount you like to but avoid potatoes and drink lots of water.
Day-4 Drink up to 4 glasses of milk and feel free to eat upto 6 bananas entire the day.

Day-6 Continue with soup but excluding tomatoes on this day. Keep consuming a good amount of water everyday.
Day-7 You can have fresh fruit juice, one cup of rice or chapatti and other vegetables you would like to eat.
